Description

The team that interacts with customers, require the right knowledge and skills to meet expectations by customers.  Evidently, proper customer services are the key component toward attracting and maintaining customers to any business, through a positive experience.  For performance growth, all organizations – private or public – require proper customer service. Because of this reason, the Arusha International Capacity Building Centre has prepared a training suitable in enhancing the competency of employees of your organization in the area of customer services. The training will enable employees of your organization to enhance skills on how to build and maintain a relationship that will offer value to customers, and a return to the corporation.
